SOCIAL WORK

Lisa is a registered Social Worker and CBT life coach, and offers traditional talk therapy that specializes in women's holistic healing and wellness, as well as anxiety, depression and life transitions.

SOUND HEALING

With enough bowls to make a soup restaurant jealous, as well as a variety of other instruments, Lisa offers complete and relaxing 1 on 1 healing sessions, as well as group sound baths.

REIKI

Lisa has a couple of Reiki options available, including Reiki with Healing Crystals, which is a 75 minute initial session with 1hr follow ups, as well as Comprehensive sessions that offer the duality of Reiki and Sound healing together with talk therapy in a 90 minute session.

AVAILABILITY

Lisa offers in-person sessions, out of Valero Wellness, as well as virtual sessions.

Virtual counselling and Distance Reiki is available Mondays 9am - 7pm

In-person sessions are available weekly, from Tuesday to Friday in the early afternoon, with some morning and evening sessions available. 1 Saturday morning per month is also available. Check the links at the top of the page for more details.
