M-Technique® AROMATHERAPY

Laura, a Certified Aromatherapy Health Practitioner(CAHP®), offers in-person sessions focused on emotional well-being and stress relief through gentle, hands-on techniques and targeted aromatherapy. Using M-Technique®, a soothing structured touch method, and AcuAroma Therapy, which blends acupoint stimulation with essential oils, she helps calm the nervous system, ease emotional tension, and support overall mental balance. Each session is personalized, creating a safe space for deep relaxation and emotional reset. Custom treatment formulations and protocols are an additional service that can be added based on the client's individual needs.
