Offering a traditional variation of holistic services, there are appointments available for Reflexology, which uses pressure on reflex points around your body to relieve stress and tension. There are also appointments available for Reiki, to realign your chakras and help you become grounded.

Also on offer are BodyTalk and Emotion Code appointments, which empower us to address the thoughts, belief systems, emotionally charged memories, and life experiences that are impacting our physical, mental, and energetic health. 

AUSTISTIC PEER SUPPORT COACHING

Autistic Peer Support Coaching is designed to provide education, support, encouragement, and space to learn about your autism with someone who has lived through a late-in-life discovery, understand and embrace your unique strengths and needs, begin to really like yourself, and learn how to live authentically without needless apologies.
